Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (sealed with protective seal)and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Orders may not be refunded whilst still in Progress/ Transit.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ltbeautybliss. If your return is accepted (which is at our discretion- affected by product type, If eligible), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All items will be inspected upon receipt and you will be advised if you are eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods (such as beauty and skincare products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Special Order / Non-Stock Items
Products that are not kept in regular stock and are specially ordered upon receipt of payment are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once payment has been made and the order has been placed with the supplier, the sale is considered final. This is due to supplier ordering commitments and sales order processing costs incurred by the company.
Treatment Results & Refund Policy
At L & T we take pride in delivering all treatments to a high professional standard using quality products and trained therapists. As all services involve time, expertise, and product usage, we do not offer refunds on treatments that have been completed.
Individual results may vary from client to client due to factors such as skin type, hair type, natural features, and overall condition. For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and treatments cannot be compared to results achieved at other salons or on other individuals.
Refunds will not be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with the outcome where the service has been performed correctly and in full. Should you have any concerns, we encourage clients to raise them immediately so that we can assess and, where appropriate, offer adjustments or a follow-up treatment.
